7-Day Consideration Window
If your fragrance does not feel right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused or lightly tested
- Returned in its original packaging, with all components intact
- Valid proof of purchase required

Once approved, you may choose:
- Store Credit
- Exchange (subject to availability)
- Refund to the original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- An unboxing video
- Clear images of the product
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and reviewed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is ours.
